We will work exclusively with you to help you set and achieve your
goals. Our programme’s are personalised to meet your specific
needs and will be progressed at a pace that matches your ever increasing
fitness levels.
It is essential that your program adapts to your new fitness levels
otherwise you will plateau in your fitness pursuits
One of the many training systems that we utilise is the High Intensity
Intermittent Training (HIIT) technique.
Research has proven that HIIT is one of the most effective forms
of fat burning exercise. HIIT will turn you into a lean fat burning
machine and it can be adapted to suit your current fitness levels
No magic tricks or potions here. Hard work (and some fun –
depending on your definition of fun). In the long run it will be
worth it.
Group Fitness Sessions
Get a group of friends, team-mates, work colleagues together or
come along and join one of our established groups. Our group sessions
will hammer you into the best shape of your life.
We will meet at various locations throughout the Greater Bunbury
region using some of the local natural landmarks as well as odd
objects and equipment to blast fat from your body.

Combat Conditioning
Before you head into your next bout or competition make sure that
you have left no stone unturned in your preparation.
We understand the specific physiological needs of the many fighting
arts.
We have adopted techniques used by some of the worlds foremost
trainers of some of the worlds greatest combat athletes - MMA competitors,
boxers and grapplers - to give you the unfair advantage.
Using equipment such as kettlebells, sandbags, tyres, sledge hammers,
medicine balls and extreme bodyweight exercises we will have you
in the best fighting shape of your life – physically and mentally

Weekly/fortnightly programmes
If you prefer to work by yourself or if time constraints make it
hard for you to pin down a work out time then our weekly programmes
could be just what you need.
We will assess your current fitness levels then write a suitable
fitness programme taking into account your current capabilities
and your long and short term goals.
You will receive a training schedule that covers the period of
time elected by you, if required a one on one session to ensure
you understand the programmes’ training protocols and unlimited
email access so that we can answer any queries that you may have.
